Waldemar Mierzejewski

is a manager, investor and consultant with over 15 years of experience. He began his career in McKinsey & Company, next he joined the team forming Polbank EFG. As the deputy director-general of Polbank, he co-developed the market debut strategy and he was responsible for building a network of branch offices in record time.

Waldemar founded and ran Finamo, a financial intermediary company, he also worked together with Egon Zehnder, a leading global personal consultancy company.

Waldemar is a graduate of economy at the University of Gdańsk, he was also awarded an MBA degree by INSEAD in France. He is a licensed stockbroker.

 

Tomasz Zofka

has close to 20 years of experience in investments, project management and value creation.

He began his career in the Warsaw Arthur Andersen office. He then held for many years the position of the investment director in the Kulczyk Investments group, the largest private Polish investment house. He took part the majority of transactions in this period and he was also responsible for large infrastructure projects, deal structuring and supervising portfolio companies. He took part in obtaining funding and was responsible for financial agreements worth over EUR 4 billion in total.

Tomasz is a graduate of economics at the University of Gdańsk and specialises in corporate finance (an alumni of the London Business School). He holds CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and FRM (Financial Risk Manager) certificates.
