Management Information and Controlling

For many of our clients, it is not only important to properly recognise business events, but also to be able to consolidate and utilise this information in day-to-day business management or also e.g. for the purposes of inter-group reporting.

We understand this need and we prepare periodical reports containing financial management information, an analysis of key profitability indexes and productivity indicators and other data.  For the more complicated analyses or those performed on exceptionally large amounts of data, we use business intelligence modules provided by renowned third-party suppliers.

Moreover, as part of performing controlling functions, we also design and give opinions on internal procedures, including document circulation instructions, expenditure allocation procedures, schedule for periodical (monthly, annual) closing of books, instructions for taking stock of assets, etc.
